Your warranty coverage includes a one-time service request for punch list items, should you need it. It is your responsibility to submit the request, which should be submitted 11 months after your settlement date.

Home warranties on homes purchased prior to August 10, 2024 were offered through 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
Homeowners who purchased before August 10, 2024 who have warranty questions should call 720-531-6717.
