Take I-440 E from Capital Blvd. Continue on I-440 E. Take I-87/US towards Wendell Falls Pkwy. Take Exit 11 E/US-64 E. Continue on Wendell Falls Pkwy. Turn Right on to Poole Rd. Turn Left on to Latigo Lane. Turn Left on to Patina Lane.
