Explaining the process

For people who build homes for a living, it can seem like second nature which steps follow when. Despite this, we make sure to lay out the entire process we will be taking at the beginning, so the customer knows what to expect and when. Talking about budgets, meeting with designers, walking the plot of land, discussing financing and other steps are laid out plainly.

Going over options

There are virtually endless ways to build a home. That’s what makes the custom experience so exciting. The custom home you decide on will be as unique to you as your fingerprint. It isn’t until one enters the conversation that the customer realizes just how many decisions need to be made.

It’s our goal to make these decisions exciting, not a stressful burden. Each one of these is one less DIY project on a future honey-do list or one less time to pull out the checkbook. Counters, faucets, flooring, siding, roofing, and a host of other items can go in many directions. Communication is the key to making sure we end up with the right choices made.

Updating on-site progress

After the plot is picked and the design is finalized, the customer still deserves updates on how the build is progressing. This is their future dream home. It’s not the time to leave them in the dark. We maintain these lines of communication all the way through so they know exactly what is going on.
